Individual Psychotherapy Session
Embrace Life’s Challenges
It takes much bravery and vulnerability to take the first step towards working on yourself. In individual (or 1:1 therapy) we work together to create a supportive space where you can explore your concerns and develop the skills to overcome life's challenges. With individual sessions, you truly can make therapy what you want. We will tailor sessions using a variety of theoretical approaches to find the best fit for you. For children and adolescent sessions CBT, play therapy, and creative therapy techniques will be utilized. Sessions will be in office with Covid protocols in place. Both the therapist and client must wear masks. The office space and waiting area will be sanitized between sessions.
