Breathe Easy: A Covid Therapeutic Support Group for Kids

Increase Resilience

Covid-19 has left our youth increasingly isolated and has greatly impacted their mental health and social interactions. This telehealth group caters to youth impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. Participants will engage in positive peer therapeutic activities while learning coping skills to increase emotional resiliency. Groups will be separated by grade/age based on elementary, middle, and high school.
